Maine native Kate Flora is the author of 25 books and many short stories. Her most recent Thea Kozak mystery is Death Sends a Message; her most recent Joe Burgess is A World of Deceit. Lise McClendon

Lise McClendon is the author of numerous novels, short stories, and articles, including the Bennett Sisters, Jackson Hole, and Swing Town mystery series. Katy Munger

Katy Munger has over 30 years of experience writing crime ﬁction and is the author of the Dead Detective series; the Casey Jones PI series; and the Hubbert & Lil cozy mystery series. She co-edits Dark Yonder, a neo-noir short ﬁction journal, and is a proud participant in North Carolina’s Noir at the Bar reading series. Gary Phillips

The son of a mechanic and a librarian, Gary Phillips has published various novels, comics, short stories and has edited several anthologies, including the Anthony-winning The Obama Inheritance: Fifteen Stories of Conspiracy Noir. The Washington Post and Booklist named his most recent novel One-Shot Harry as one of the best mysteries of 2022. Jeffrey M. Poole is a best-selling author who specializes in writing light-hearted cozy mystery and epic fantasy stories with a healthy dose of humor thrown in.
